It has been great so far
I ordered this because I was out of the magnesium that I was using at night for leg cramps. Since I have been using this I have not had a single leg cramp at night. Also I do feel a bit more mental clarity again during the day.

Good flow
My body seems to flow better when taking the magnesium. I take magnesium daily but Qualia magnesium seemed to have a noticeable effect.
