Helps get thru my stressful work week!!
My overall experience was that it was helping stay calm in the morning while working. I was going to bed early and waking up refreshed. I wasn't up all night like I use to.

Calm and Collected
I really enjoyed taking this product. I am a pretty calm and collected guy normally, but this seemed to really help in stressful situations for me to be able to pause and then respond as opposed to just "reacting".

Peaceful and calm
I noticed a greater sense of well-being. I feel more peaceful, calm and relaxed. Because of this I am able to connect with my family and friends more. Greater sense of ease.
