May have felt a little drowsiness with this product. Felt a little better in my knees. Overall, would try again. Only having to take for 2 consecutive days is nice. It is 6 pills at a time though which is a small downfall.

It's difficult to tell what effects I can attribute to this product, but I do think it has made a difference in a few areas - I feel more rested when I wake up, my blood pressure has lowered a few points, and my skin has cleared up.
