Focus with out the normal caffeine rush
Over the years ( I've been around a while) many products claim to be able to increase mental clarity and focus. For me that usually means I get too "Amped Up" and after a short while I am done with the product. Started Qualia Mind Caffeine Free with an open mind based on a recommendation from my health professional who I trust and respect. The recommended dosage is way too strong but after a couple days the " Right" dosage for me was determined. After 2 weeks I can honestly say my focus is greatly improved ( I have always had good focus but at age 68 getting better is always a good thing) with a calm awareness that is the desired result. Calm is good. Aware is very good. The reason for 4 stars is because the recommended dosage is way too strong. Thank You Neuro Hacker.
