It helps with focus and flow. Would love for it to help with motivation, stamina and ability to switch tasks.

Felt more energy and motivation

This product works pretty well.

Unlike a lot of similar products, this did not make me anxious or overstimulated! I had energy and was able to focus on all of my tasks!
