Caused no side effects that I am aware of. I also did not feel ANY changes at all so may have been given a placebo.

Experienced outside my norm level of energy!
I had incredible energy when using this product! So much so that several people at my gym even noticed and commented.

Nagging discomforts reduced
My experience was positive overall. While it’s a challenge to determine overall impact in four days, I did notice that my discomforts were reduced. I also had steady energy levels and was able to remain focused a bit more than typical.

A lot of pills to take in a day but if it helps with digestion, I am all in!
I really didn't notice anything unless it helped me go to the bathroom, which I desperately need and if so, I want to buy 10 of these!
