Felt it on the first day
took 3 caps on the first day, and like advertised had a level of alertness and clarity.

By the 2nd day, I started to feel amazing. Nothing but positive thoughts and I felt much calmer. I got my boyfriend to start taking them too. Love this product
Been using it for about 2 weeks aside from the price this product is great I do feel a difference in memory retention and I can think clearer I'm continue this product for 3 months and see how much benefit I get out of it
