Fantastic, subtle, transformative
I felt it working the first night. I break open the pills and let the powder dissolve for a minute on the tongue. It definitely gives a deeper, and more rested sleep.

Best sleep
Night has multiple magnesium types. This manages it gentler on the bowels and gives a better nights sleep!

Support for sleep, not forced sleep
I like that this product offers nutritional support for better sleep, rather than ingredients that are supposed to “force” you to fall asleep.
