Joint stiffness
After hitting menopause, I decided to give this a try for some joint relief. I do feel less stiff in the morning after doing this regimen for 3 months.

Feeling fresh inside and out.
I use multiple Qualia products, but this one specifically, Qualia Senolytic, leaves me feeling fresh inside and out. Helping my body get rid of my zombie cells and refreshing every system I have to work more efficiently.

Feeling less stiff and more active
A bit unsure on the actual dosing regimen, but easy to use and feeling less stiff, especially with a long time knee injury. Will continue along with intermittent fasting in hopes of continuing to keep up with my youngest adult son who is disabled and needs an active mom to keep up.
