Great Quality and Combination of Ingredients
All of Qualia products in my experience have high quality of the ingredients listed and you can literally feel the effects with consistent usage. The night formula has many ingredients that typically would be a hassle and more expensive to buy individually.

Refreshed in the Morning
I did feel much more alert and ready for the day the next morning. I didn't necessarily feel like my sleep was any better, I still had nights where I was still wide awake at bed time, or would wake up in the night.
