I was one of the people that noticed results from this almost immediately, probably the most noticeable effect i have is that by the end of the day instead of being fatigued and looking for comfort and distraction i feel clear headed, happy, alert and energetic. I personally find 'life' much more suitable for me than 'mind' which i found a bit too stimulating, this is very seamless/transparent and gentle on the system. Recommend giving a few products a go and seeing what works best for your body. I cant wait to receive my second bottle and see what some of the longer term effects are.

Might have been a positive experience?
I took it as directed for the week, everyday. I maybe felt more energy/motivation towards the end of taking, my spouse and I are moving and I packed more of my house towards the end than the beginning. I mean there’s much really to gauge off of with a week trial.
