Cognitive Enhancement
Whenever I use Qualia Life I can noticeably feel a difference. My memory recall is quicker. Articulations are quicker. It does make me feel stimulated but not in the same sense of coffee. It is easier to get into the “flow state”. I can feel the relaxing qualities of meditative breathing faster and more intensely. While working out (strength training) It does appear that fatigue before and after aren’t as bad. Meaning that it appears I can get a few more reps in than normally and that restoration feels better, faster. Like I stated before it does make me feel stimulated and enhanced in ways that are noticeable when I’m not taking the recommended 8 capsules. I love this product and recommend it to everyone I can.

Grounding
Taking eternus, I feel grounded and present. I feel as though my capacity to understand what my body needs increases. Basically, my body just feels good! I have a heightened sensitivity to how I feel, and because of this it is easier to invest in long term health.

Good, but gave me a stomach ache on most days
