I've found that the combination of Qualia Focus and exercising first thing in the morning gives me that sustained edge and attention throughout the day that otherwise may come and go. Good product.

Superior quality ingredients, taking capsules just once a day is convenient, and I have TRULY felt the difference. MY focus and overall energy is increased; this product helps you to zero in on what you need to do while also increasing the energy behind it - increasing motivation and mental stamina. Honestly I love it, I feel SO focused and productive. I know what I want to get done, within the time frame I want to do it in, and I've been able to stay focused and execute. I also am very focused socially and conversationally. I also have more motivation and energy to do all these things.
