I've just started taking it so it's too soon to see results. After talking with an urgent care doctor for a few minutes about various topics he recommended Qualia Mitochondria+. He uses it himself and thought that I might find it helpful. I'm looking forward to the end of the month when I can see if I feel any difference.

Good, but gave me a stomach ache on most days
This is an excellent product from a company that really cares about health, but be very careful with your dosage and taking it with food. If I didn't take this with a proper meal, it would mess me up and give me bad dizziness. I am doing fasting in the mornings and very small amounts of calories ...
