No changes in sleep quality nor did not have me stay asleep after continuing for a week, I gave up. Too many pills to take.

I love this product so much!! I sleep like a baby and feel energetic in the mornings because I have had quality reset. The Qualia Mind supplements work even more efficiently when I get well rest.

Saw an instagram ad and happy i did. It had helped my sleep. Sleeping through the night now
