Definite increase in energy
I noticed a definite increase in energy. It made it easier to get through my workouts on the days when I was using the product.

Tried Qualia Mind for 3 days straight now. Not noticing a lot but i have a feeling this is one of those products that take constant usage to start seeing noticeable differences and results
