Deeper fast
I was able to relax easier. I also felt like I got into a deeper fast. I usually do a 24 hour fast once a week. 40 hour fast every other week. You can tell it's working!!I love the fact I don't have to take it every day. I also like combing it with Qualia Mind

Good product, need more time.
two weeks may not have been enough time. I am fasting 14-16 hours as well.

Brain Fog is gone.. gone!
I honestly believed that after 4 kids, my brain fog was just a part of life.. but after only 1 treatment.. itโs gone!!!! And I feel like a big part of me is back. I canโt wait to see what happens with more consistent use!
