I was not at all skeptical to try out Resilience but definitely eager and i was not disappointed. I'm an Assistant Kitchen Manager so i have a million different things thrown at me 7 hours a day and this has definitely helped me take a step back and breathe without getting too caught up in the chaos.

Good product!
It was decent, I had headaches for about half of it, idk if this was due to the product or not though. I was able to complete work for the most part minus my usual stress load.

The last week I noticed increased mental toughness, not just increased resiliency to stress but also being stressed less often.

You Need This!
I am under chronic stress with no end in site. Even short term use of this product I felt like “took the edge off”. With continued use results would be even better. As a side note this really helped my neuropathy and gave me a boost of energy. I definitely think this is something everyone could u...
