my experience was very subtle. I fell asleep easily, slept well and woke up significantly more alert and able to move easily. Lack of stiffness and grogieness was evident.

Best sleep i ever had.
These pills are not soporific. I take them around 7 and go to bed at 11. But when i put my head on the pillow, i feel relax. I sleep deep.... I dream a lot and do a lot of dreams. I can wake up in the middle of the night, go to bathroom and when i come back to bed i fall asleep quick. I never had...

Pretty good sleep aid
The Qualia Night product did a good job of helping me fall asleep and I woke up feeling pretty restful. Having to take the product around 4 hours before bedtime was inconvenient.

Best sleep /Most Vivid dreams = Ever
I was uncomfortable with the pricing, however, I decided to give it a try for 2 bottles - which I shared with my partner after I sensed something very positive was happening. Both of us are having very very positive outcomes.
