My energy levels were steady all day

Curious to see if I can replicate the positive focus.

I do see a noticeable difference when using resilience in my mood and it helped me stay calm when I would normally be stressed out.

I feel less anxious and panicky about highly stressful situations at work. It's also easier to fall asleep at night without feeling worried.

Very good product with science backed ingredients dosed properly Felt less stressed while taking this product. Also had a calming effect.
