Cancelling a Subscription Issue

I have two of the same products, both on 4 week recurring shipment. I've attempted to cancel one, but was I formed that my request was not accepted. I'm not finding ding a clear method to cancel one of the two recurring subscriptions. Will be calling customer service tomorrow morning to rectify. Based on that effort, I'll likely provide an updated review.
