The formula is comprehensive, I need to take it another 30 days to feel the full effects. I like it so far.

I felt great while on it, though six pills was a lot to swallow at once
I'm not sure I took it long enough to notice any real effects. I will say I had my most productive weeks while on it. But that work had to get done either way
