Did not help with sleep as hoped
I didn’t notice much of a difference, if any, so I don’t think I’d buy it. I Was hoping to notice it helping with sleep and it didn’t seem to.

Love the balance
I cancelled my subscription initially and am coming back because over the years I have tried so many magnesium supplements and this one is on par.
