Energy, focus, clarity, all improved when I drink Qualia in the AM. I have AFIB and learned to pour just 3 caps full into Ensure chocolate drink since a full bottle gave me AFIB. Three caps full is effective!

Great focus and non jittery energy
Great focus and non jittery energy. Took first thing in the morning and had smooth energy through out the day. No crash or any adverse effects. The only thing that was an issue was the chalky residue left after drinking. tried shaking before I opened but it still remained

Energy
I work night shifts and without a cup of coffee it’s always hard for me to stay awake during the bewitching hour. With qualia energy shots, i don’t need coffee anymore. I can stay awake during my shifts and i feel i have more energy than before.

Great product. Although Qualia Nootropic Energy does contain some caffeine, since discovering Qualia products I have stopped drinking coffee altogether, and what's more my overall quality of energy is both more subtle and sustained.
