Has been incredibly helpful in giving me the boost I need to actually get things done. Hard to notice the effects when I am severely sleep deprived (moderate sleep apnea) but if I take the precautions needed at nighttime in order to have quality sleep, then Qualia Focus + some mushroom coffee REALLY supercharges my day. 2 - 3xing my productivity.
