Rare energy
It's a rare thing, getting up early with renewed energy, exercising, all with a keen sense of time and ability to avoid distractions. Focus seems to be working after just 2 weeks. I'll be continuing to take it.

Noticeable, but subtle difference in focus and ability to concentrate
I didn't notice much difference in the beginning, but that might have been because of lack of sleep. Definitely started feeling more focused and calm after the 4th day of taking the supplement.
