This was easy enough to do. I took 3 pills right before eating breakfast and 3 pills immediately after eating. I drank plenty of water each day. I experienced no headaches or stomach distress. Solid product!
It seems to be a great product and I did notice a few positive effects in the short time using it. I think having a longer exposure time would have produced even more positive results.
