All the things, minus the caffeine
I like this product because it has all of the supplements I want in one product without any caffeine. The one thing I'm still not clear on is whether these supplements are doing what I need them to do. It's hard to tell perceptually whether anything is different, but this is a general problem with any supplement.

So far so good
I am really liking the way I feel taking Qualia, more energy, feeling stronger. A whole lot less brain fog. Looking forward to trying more Qualia products.
