It’s been difficult to find one high quality magnesium supplement that contains ALL the forms I’m looking for in one pill. I’m very happy with this one. One in the evening to help with sleep and one in the morning. I feel like I’m covering all bases with Qualia.

Looks promising!
I'm excited to see how these work! The ingredient list is amazing and the online consensus for qualia life is good so I think this product is going to be great. And if not it sounds like they honor their money back guarantee so nothing to lose!
