Eyes
Can tell right away that the surface of my eye is enriched; also a pleasant taste to the supplement.

Impressed after one month
I have bad vision to begin with. That said people have said my eyes look more vivid. I find focusing much easier, and sitting in front of my computer screen seems to bother my eyes less.

It felt like I had an easier time reading small print. I didn't have to strain as much.
