Gentle energy boost
Gentle energy boost, very pleasant. I can feel the effect throughout the day but it still let's you take a nice nap. Overall very good. Packing could be approved. Energy, focus, clarity, all improved when I drink Qualia in the AM. I have AFIB and learned to pour just 3 caps full into Ensure chocolate drink since a full bottle gave me AFIB. Three caps full is effective!
