The focus and energy is great on these and really help get through those days where the mental fog is exceptionally bad.

I started using qualia mind and immediately felt a boost in concentration.

Excellent product and customer service.

I don't even need to take 7 I usually take from 3-5 & they work fine also when it's time to sleep they don't keep you up.
