Overall I was intending to be in a centered/precision focused awareness, this product supported me in upgrading myself to that.
Overall a hightened proprioceptive essence, focus, and presence that I appreciated to learn from. The meta cognitive observation of the changes was also supported.

Qualia mind has the ability to keep you focused on the task at hand.

I think it had an affect.
I will state that the 2 weeks I was taking Mind, I felt more productive and focused than normal. 2 weeks is a relatively short period of time and I would like to see it over the course of a month or so, then cycle off of it and compare the two time frames.
