I love Qualia Mind, as it has all of the nootropics you could want for focus, energy, and mood. The energy is good, I love the balance of Alpha GPC and Citicoline, and 90mg of caffeine is the perfect amount. Seems to work well
So far it seems to work well. I started with 3 in the morning but then reduced to 2 because I found that 3 was more than enough. We shall see how it goes moving forward.
