Essentially it felt like I was firing on all cylinders when I was taking the product. And not just from my brain but my whole body. Subtle
I have better, more restful sleeps. It's subtle and slow to take action, but I do think my quality of life and overall energy have increased -- it took about 3 weeks.

This is an excellent product from a company that really cares about health, but be very careful with your dosage and taking it with food. If I didn't take this with a proper meal, it would mess me up and give me bad dizziness. I am doing fasting in the mornings and very small amounts of calories ...
