Provides easier access to flow states. Has been an aid in Jiu Jitsu, studying, and music production.

I noticed better short memory, being able to recall long number with no hesitation. Love it!

Great product
I fully stand behind this product. It does what it advertises. It has eliminated my brain fog. I am able to focus on my tasks and not procrastinate. The only feedback I have is to increase the B12 slightly.
