Although I haven't had noticeable effects that i can feel, my HRV seems to have bumped up a little. Seem to falling asleep faster too.

Excellent

My eyes feel less tired after taking this for over a month now.

Noticed less fatigue while using screens. Would be interest to see the impact after longer use!
