The overall product is good, the only issue is the taste can be a bit bitter on its own but a splash of juice or adding it to a smoothie easily fixes that.
More efficient digestion
After taking the product for a month, I find it very effective. My digestion seems to work overall more smoothly, and I definitely have more energy after I eat and throughout the day. It tastes wonderful, and I find it very easy to take each morning, even looking forward to it! The packaging and product itself seems to be of high quality. The science seems sound.
More energy after meals
Feel really good taking it. Feel less bloated. Have seen slight positive change in mood. Doesn’t dissolve well though. I love the variety of ingredients. Many things that I have tried before on an individual basis, but never put together as one synergistic product.
Less bloating and easier to digest food
I did notice a difference after I took this for about 2 weeks. Less bloating and gas and overall felt like I could digest food better and actually felt less hungry. I mixed it in my smoothie every morning. Great product. I like the scoop that comes with the packaging and the clean ingredients. Makes it easy to take or add into a smoothie or drink.

The perfect "all-in-one" gut health product
The perfect "all-in-one" gut health product. I had been using a prebiotic, a probiotic, and a digestive enzyme. Synbiotic is working better for me than the three stand-alone products...and is more convenient! Having read the Qualia blog on Synbiotic - I see why this is so effective. Not only does it have everything a healthy gut needs, but it does so in a good tasting way.

Symbiotic is great for quickly getting you back to a regular movements. It quickly empties all that has been left behind and will set you on a steady pace to get your body in a regular cycle.
Easy to drink!
I enjoyed taking this product as it was easy to mix into water & relatively tasteless. I would take it in the morning & felt it supported my digestion all day. I noticed a reduction in bloating, which was my main concern.

Unique blend, very promising for digestive wellness!
It's only been 4 days of using the product, but I already notice a distinct improvement of digestive issues. I've become more regular since two days in, and I would say the bloating that I typically experience, particularly after a large meal, is down by at least 40% if I had to estimate a metric for it.
EASE THE "QUEEZE"
I have had what I thought was a "nervous belly" for years! At least until now ! Qualia Synbiotic helped "ease the queeze" in my belly! and... I love that it has added enzymes and excellent for you fermented foods OH, and it tastes YUMMO!!

After using the product for a week, I could tell a difference in my gut health. Less bloating and more regular bowel movements were what improved the most.

Tastes great and easy to take, works best for me with food. Surprisingly, my heartburn and stress levels are greatly reduced after taking for only 8 days!

I Could feel a difference after the first week and it doesn’t disappoint The packaging is great it has the exact amount in the scoop and it’s fairly easy to make early morning on the go it doesn’t have an amazing taste but it grows on you
