I have been taking this for about 6 months. I take it first thing in the morning to up me get up and moving. When I ran out for a bit, I definitely felt the difference, making this part of your morning routine is a great way to start your day.

I replaced a liquid Nad with Qualia. Only been about 10 days but great so far. This has more ingredients than the previous and had a couple of days of stomach getting used to it, but now it's fine.

I have been taking Qualia NAD+ and Senolytic for three months. I am 44 years old, in my perimenopause chapter. Yesterday I went on a steep hike to a waterfall. At some point on the trip down the hill I realized I forgot my hat. I had to backtrack over half mile. I ran up the mountain and back down! My knees felt solid (those downhills can be brutal), my breath was steady even in the elevation, I have no muscle soreness. Although I exercise I haven’t done a super charge move like that in years!
