Laser focus
I experience laser focus on the days I use Qualia Mind. It helps me overcome the many distractions always coming at me resulting in projects coming to completion faster. I also find I am able to shift focus more quickly when "bouncing between things" without stopping to recall where I left off. I recommend this product to my friends.

Effects can be subtle
I have to say the first few weeks I had what I felt like were mild to moderate effects, a bit more energy a bit more focus. But the real difference can on the days that I didn't take Mind. Naturally they suggest taking the product 5 days on 2 days off.. so usually those 2 days off are the weekend. But occasionally, due to schedule, travel or otherwise I will miss a dose on a work day. I have to say that's where the real differences become evident.. there is a drop off in energy, focus etc., but what I really notice is a drop off in motivation and drive. The more routine the work the more prominent the loss of motivation becomes. I have to say the effects of the blend are impressive, especially once you start to notice the more subtle aspects.

Renewed clarity and general feeling of joy
I was a bit nervous about taking qual the first time not sure how my body would respond. But I've been unbelievably excited about the product so far. I found it five capsules seems to be a sweet spot for me. I just feel much more focused a slight euphoric feeling and although I'm in the early stages of taking the product I feel like my memory is improving and brain fog is lifting. - I was also concerned that on the days off of the product that I might feel exhausted or even a bit hung over but that was not the case I generally just feel a sense of the more peaceful calm mine on the days off of the poly mine protocol.

I’ve been notoriously known drag ass every morning. I feel so much sharper when I take MIND in the morning (usually on an empty stomach).
