I've been on Qualia Mind for 2 years now
I've been taking Qualia Mind for over 2 years now. I love it and do not plan on stopping any time soon. I definitely feel the mental focus. Pairing this with other healthy habits in my life (full sleep, meditation, exercise) has allowed my mind to work at its most optimal capacity.
