This is the first cognition product that has ever really worked for me after trying over half dozen. I’m 68, and recall is not what it used to be, but with one to two days I noticed I was as sharp as I was in my 20s and 30s. I can literally recall most anything now. This stuff is crazy over-priced, but it does wok.

I have only been using for about one week, but so far I love it. I definitely have more energy, but it's very subtle, nothing like coffee. I've been getting so much done! I've also noticed that my mood has been very positive, which is an added bonus! I was worried that it would affect my sleep, but I've been sleeping great...so far so good! Overall, I am excited about this. I hope it continues. I am a 58 year old gal, 5'4', 116lbs and I take 3 pills.
