For Week 1: I have experienced a slight increase in focus and cognition which is great, for the first week i have started with just 4 capsules per day and 2 days off on Saturday and Sunday, i do notice a decrease in productivity when i am not taking the product so hopefully once the 4 weeks is complete i am able to retain some of the benefits permanently. For Week 2: I have began experiencing significant mood elevation as well as superb task based focus, my memory is out of this world. I work s a software developer and this product Is really helping me push through projects with near perfect recall on bugs that need to be fixed and features / functions that are required to be implemented. Previously I would have to go on a search engine to look up features that need to be included in the code base but now I can just recall what needs to be added. This product is a game changer.

Has been incredibly helpful in giving me the boost I need to actually get things done. Hard to notice the effects when I am severely sleep deprived (moderate sleep apnea) but if I take the precautions needed at nighttime in order to have quality sleep, then Qualia Focus + some mushroom coffee REALLY supercharges my day. 2 - 3xing my productivity. Highly recommended!

This goes beyond an increased physical sense of wellbeing. By the third day, I noticed I had become less distracted and able to retain concentration with less effort.

I noticed a definite increase in being able to focus for long periods of time on the tasks at hand. Experienced more energy during the day and had no problem sleeping at night. Looking forward to the next few weeks to see if the benefits continue to increase.
Week one
The first two days I was on it noticed moderate improvements in my focus and impulsive responses/control over them. Lowered rate of changing thoughts and ability to attend to one stimuli for longer periods of time (approximately 15 minutes without switching gears. I noticed on day 3, a change in my overall mood as well, I felt more appreciative of the things around me and more curious and excited to learn.

Notice a difference

Sharper, Clearer, More Relaxed
I've been using Qualia Mind Essentials for about two weeks and have noticed that I am more focused (fewer monkey mind episodes), my thinking and processing seem to be faster and clearer (less brain fog) and I am more at ease, stress seems to be greatly reduced or at least how I observe and process stressors.
