I love they have created a product that is caffeine free! Now I do not need to choose between coffee and Qualia. I can have both !

Its been years since I had to study for hours on end, consecutively. I just graduated from residency and have my boards coming up so that I can receive my full medical license and find myself at the age of 31, having to dig deep and find the will to put in the types of hours I used to in medical school. On a whim, I found myself one day diving into the world of nootropics and once search after the next led me to Qualia. Gave it a shot and boy am I thrilled. It gets me in my Flo state with very little effort and after the first few hours of success, I have the momentum to keep going for the rest of the day. I wasn't expecting to feel any different the first day; instead, I felt a world of difference. The ability to focus –⁠ to not have that brain fog which interrupts and holds me back –⁠ actually made me cry. I started taking B-12 years ago, and it greatly mitigated my unfocused hours. I know the bottle instructs you to take 7, but I took one. I was sharper, more focused and my memory was quick. I was remembering the number list quickly. My short term memory was better.

I have been using Qualia for two months and have noticed a marked improvement in my focus and memory.

I have been taking Qualia Mind caffeine free since October 2019. At 71 years, I was noticing a decline in short term memory as well as memory in general. This was subjectively made worse by having a very good memory of having had a good memory. What I noticed with this product was that my short term memory improved. I started remembering passwords that I had to continually look up. I am doing quite a bit of software programming. I noticed that my programming improved as that activity is far more productive with good short term memory - one has to remember what variables hold what values, what functions do what, etc. One thing to note is that I did not follow the recommended dosage. I have been taking just one pill every morning before breakfast. I tend to be a minimalist and sensitive to medications and activating substances such as alcohol. Also, I have a meta principle of steady build up rather than instant response.

I have been taking it for more than 2 years. I can only tell the difference on the weekend days when I am not taking qualia but ordered it for my husband as well. I do believe in supplements:)
