Really good I liked it

I felt like my sleep was more restful. my stress was less noticeable

I felt relaxed and calm after taking the product. It helped me get to sleep. I have always had sleep issues so I like to have a product like this to help. I felt calmer through the week while taking the product.

I did notice a general calming experience. It provided restful sleep compared to before the study. I fell asleep easily, stayed asleep without issues, and did not wake up early. My everyday activities were easier and more comfortable. And, I believe I was calmer with less anxiety and stress during the day.

I felt calmer on this product and felt I was able to handle emotional stress better.

I seemed to have more energy while taking the supplement.

While I haven't had any issues falling asleep or getting decent sleep quality, I was having a really hard time with waking up many times in the night. While taking this product in the first couple of days I noticed that I was waking up less and less. I would still occasionally wake up, but I also had many nights of great, uninterrupted sleep for the first time in a long time.

This was a product that I enjoyed taking I noticed positive changes along with less stress and the feelings of being overwhelmed. If I noticed changes like that after only 2 weeks I wonder what taking it more long term would look like.

Seemed to work great as a magnesium supplement over the trial period. Well tolerated and no side effects.

It helped with my muscle fatigue. I gained good strides in my strength.

I have not experienced any change as a result of the product, nothing positive nor negative effects were noticeable

Took a good 7-8 days to feel anything but felt I slept better and helped my very stubborn digestion system start working better than it has in a long time.

My body seemed to have now ill affect to the supplement and I felt a sense of calmness throughout it use.

Too early to say how this benefits my body long term, but I did have a good sleep the first night taking one capsule.

I've completed my first bottle. I don't have anything to report yet on improvement. I can also say I have not had any negative reactions. I'm going to continue taking the Qualia Magnesium + as everyone will have different results in time. I'm feel very positive that I will experience positive results soon.

Has helped reduce my eye twitches

I have only been suing the Magnesium for a few days, but can feel that I sleep more deeply and fall back to sleep when disturbed. Looking forward to more nights of better sleep - it's been a long time!
