It’s been difficult to find one high quality magnesium supplement that contains ALL the forms I’m looking for in one pill. I’m very happy with this one. One in the evening to help with sleep and one in the morning. I feel like I’m covering all bases with Qualia.
Forget the red and the blue, Take the white one
The magnesium caps were great and I could feel a difference while I was taking them. They are clearly a good quality, just wish I could get my dose into one capsule and that it was more budget friendly so everyone could take them
Love the balance
I cancelled my subscription initially and am coming back because over the years I have tried so many magnesium supplements and this one is on par. Two capsules and it's a great balance for me (doesn't upset bowels, but def helps the next morning) and feel overall more balanced. I love the blend of magnesiums. I am impressed and signing up for a subscription. I sound like I'm getting paid but I am not! 😅
