New to this but feeling great!
In 2024 I ended up in the emergency room not knowing why at the time. Turned out my magnesium was so low that they had to give me two IVs of it. Since then I’ve tried a couple of different supplements but then recently saw the ad with Troy Aikman and Qualia’s Magnesium+. I am just taking it a few weeks and am feeling better all around. Looking forward to see my numbers at my next checkup.

I needed to replace my usual magnesium supplement and came across this one because of Troy Aikman, I decided to try it. I am feeling more e energetic and also less anxious at night and my sleep is also better
Better Sleep
I had been taking 400mg of magnesium glycinate to help with insomnia for the last year with mixed results (purchased from Amazon). I switched to Qualia magnesium with much better results. I am consistently sleeping better & am extremely happy that it’s helped relieve my chronic constipation!

Good Stuff
I was having trouble with the muscles in my leg being slow to respond when I stand. After taking this magnesium that problem has seemed to go away and then when I stopped taking it for a while. Guess what it came back. Now besides that purpose, I started taking a GLP1 and am trying to avoid the constipation thing. So I am definitely not going without my magnesium. This works wonderful for me
