Far better creatine
I don't have to use as much as my standard creatine. Dissolved into ice cold water al.ost instantly. My other stuff would never dissolve completely. Highly recommended

I’m barely a month in taking the daily dose of Qualia Creatine+ and am just generally feeling better. My workouts seem less arduous with less soreness.
