I've been using creatine+ for one week and I'm liking the results so far. With other brands Ive experienced adverse side effects like bloating and distension, but not with qualia. It dissolves so well too, making it easy to mix into any beverage.

I just received my first shipment of Creatine+ and didn't expect much from the first serving. Most supplements take weeks (if not a month or more) to notice any changes. However, after completing the first serving, I noticed a marked change in energy and focus that lasted several hours (even after a full day of work).
