Magnesium Study
We are seeking approximately 100 participants to take part in a 12-week study evaluating the effectiveness of Qualia Magnesium+, a dietary supplement designed to potentially support magnesium levels, sleep quality, and stress reduction.
This is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled study, meaning participants will be randomly assigned to receive either Qualia Magnesium+ or a placebo, and neither participants nor researchers will know which study product was received until after the study ends.
Participants will take 2 capsules daily in the evening, with or without food, for 12 weeks. The study will involve regular check-ins, self-report questionnaires, and blood tests conducted at a local facility (such as Quest Diagnostics) to measure red blood cell (RBC) and serum magnesium levels.
Upon completion of the study, participants will receive a $300 credit at Qualia Life Sciences.
Participation Requirements:
- Healthy adults 21 years or older
- Can read and write English
- Agree to provide a valid cell phone number and are willing to receive communications through text

- Willing to not begin taking any new supplements during the study and continue taking any supplements they are currently using regularly with the exception of those containing magnesium
- Willing to complete questionnaires, records, and diaries associated with the study.
- Willing to visit a local blood draw facility (must live within 20 miles of one)
