I know it's always hard to know what a supplement is doing for us. My doctor recommended Magnesium to help with sleep. I have restless leg syndrome so sleep can be a challenge sometimes. I tried other magnesium supplements, and they were ok but when I started using Qualia, I noticed I slept more soundly and woke more rested even though I was sleeping fewer hours. I have started my son on them now too. I know my sleep has improved and taking this supplement is the only change I have made. I have to assume that taking this supplement is what is making a difference. I do know you need to take it a couple months before you might see all the benefits. It's important not to skip nights. I recommend giving this a try to everyone.
